Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete all required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams through training and feedback, listening to associates and guiding store operations.
• Ensures customer service standards and resolves customer needs and complaints.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting and expenses to align with sales and profit goals.
• Monitors merchandise presentation, inventory flow and shrink to drive sales and profits.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders and promotes continuous learning and change.
