Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training requirements may apply.
• Bachelor degree and leadership programs are considered preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure customer service standards and implement OBW service model across store operations.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop hourly associates to meet staffing needs and growth targets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to execute plans and drive continuous improvement.
