Job summary

Target seeks a Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide a fast-paced, guest-focused operation in our Cranberry Township store. You’ll supervise hourly team members, maintain standards, and drive daily goals in guest experience, sales, and food safety.

You’ll manage workloads, lead shift huddles, train staff, partner with store leadership, and ensure inventory and merchandising accuracy. The role offers benefits, a comprehensive training program, and opportunities for growth within Target.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business
• Lead and hold others accountable
• Effective communication skills

• Lead a guest-focused, efficient Food & Beverage team.
