Job summary

Target Bristol is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide a fast-paced team in a retail setting. You will ensure guest experience excellence, maintain fresh inventory, and supervise pricing, promotions, and safety standards.

You will plan workloads, coach team members, and collaborate with store leadership to meet sales goals while upholding Target’s standards for service and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Retail/food experience helpful but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Ability to lead and hold others accountable, communicate effectively, and manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Food & Beverage team to deliver guest experiences and maintain freshness and accuracy of pricing and signing.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support priorities and sales goals.
• Oversee inventory, backroom and floor areas, and ensure compliance with Food Safety standards.
• Partner with store leadership, coach and develop team members, and participate in hiring and onboarding.
