Target is hiring a Food & Beverage Team Leader in a fast-paced retail setting. You will guide a team to deliver a consistent guest experience, ensure food safety and pricing accuracy, and drive daily workload to meet sales goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and flexibility to cover varying shifts. You will participate in ongoing training and partner with store leadership to maintain brand standards while supporting guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.
• Lead and hold others accountable.
• Effective communication skills.
• Open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Train and develop team members to meet Target's standards.
• Manage daily workload to support sales goals and guest engagement.
• Lead team huddles and communicate trends and expectations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and food safety standards.
