Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to guide a busy store team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage daily tasks, lead a team of hourly associates, and uphold brand standards across food and beverage operations.

Position requires strong leadership, communication, and a proactive approach to inventory, safety, and guest service. The role offers full-time hours with a dynamic retail schedule including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail and/or food experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an easy, inspiring, friendly environment.
• Train and develop team members; lead shifts and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor operations, inventory and merchandising; ensure safety and brand standards.
