Job summary

Target's Food & Beverage team in Hermitage, PA is seeking a full-time Food & Beverage Team Leader to supervise hourly team members, ensure guest service excellence, maintain product availability, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will plan daily workload, train and coach staff, partner with store leadership, and execute merchandising and promotions while complying with all policies. 18+ required, HS diploma, retail/food experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail and/or food experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Food & Beverage team to deliver guest experience commitments.
• Plan daily/weekly workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and sales goals.
• Maintain product availability, pricing accuracy and in-store merchandising.
• Assist in interviewing, training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with store leadership to influence sales performance and operations.
