Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to help deliver an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience on the store floor. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, coach and develop talent, and ensure standards for freshness, pricing and promotions are met.

You will plan daily/weekly workloads, review performance metrics, and partner with store leadership to drive sales goals while maintaining food safety and inventory accuracy. Occasional nights and weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a guest-focused, efficient Food & Beverage team that strives to deliver the Food & Beverage standards by completing the Food & Beverage Daily Standards walk.
• Assess backroom and sales floor areas of Food & Beverage and Food Service on a daily basis by walking the Target Food & Beverage Standards.
