Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in Florida. The role centers on delivering a high-quality guest experience, leading a team of hourly associates, and ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and brand standards on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, coaching staff, and collaborating with leadership to hit sales goals while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction. Must be 18+ with interest in Food & Beverage.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Previous retail and/or food experience appreciated, but not mandatory.
• Interest and knowledge of Food & Beverage business beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain a friendly, easy and inspiring environment.
• Oversee daily tasks, merchandising, pricing, and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Lead hourly team members, including training, coaching, and development of staff.
• Collaborate with store leadership to ensure safety, inventory accuracy and brand standards.
• Manage workload and guide team to deliver Food & Beverage standards in daily operations.
