Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to create an easy, inspiring guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and support back-up cashier and Drive-up duties to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

You should be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, and follow food safety guidelines. Training will be provided to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners and other technology equipment.
• Work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with needs.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up activities.
• Execute food safety requirements and follow Target policies.
• Assist vendors to maintain displays and organize backroom space.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety and accuracy of pricing and signing.
