Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader in an on-site role to oversee daily operations, guest service, and team performance. You will lead a team of hourly teammates, manage workload, and ensure food safety, inventory accuracy, and proper merchandising throughout shifts.

The role requires strong guest service skills, leadership capability, and the flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
