Job summary

Target is seeking a Food & Beverage Expert to help create an inviting, efficient guest experience on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assist with product searches, maintain stock, and uphold food safety standards while working in a fast-paced team.

This role requires a willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 44 pounds. Training will help you grow in customer service, operations, and beverage regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age (Bakery Only) or as required by policy.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and teammates.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners as directed.
• Work independently and with a team, resolving guest questions quickly.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of lifting and moving merchandise up to 44 pounds.
