Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work varied day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stay on feet in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to junior staff and model professionalism.
• Maintain expert knowledge of POS system to ensure accurate guest orders.
• Know menu items and specials thoroughly.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately; assist with sales reports.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality of staff information.
• Ensure beverage service complies with regulations and company policy.
• Model teamwork to help management meet business objectives.
