Qualifications

• Ability to organize multiple priorities and lead a team; strong problem-solving.
• Solid customer service skills and willingness to assist guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and handle complaints per standards.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of dining areas and stations to meet quality.
• Recruit, supervise, schedule, discipline, review, and direct staff; train hourly workers.
• Maintain a safe facility environment and report safety/quality issues.
