Global Connections to Employment (GCE) is seeking a Supervisor for Food Service in Washington, DC. The role oversees daily FS operations in the assigned area, ensuring quality customer service and efficient team performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in food services and in supervising teams, with basic computer skills and fluency in English. Flexible scheduling and adherence to standards are required. Occasional travel and background screenings may be required.

Formación

• Must have 1 year of experience in food services.
• Must have 1 year of experience supervising or leading teams.
• Must possess knowledge of sanitation and medical standards (Tri-Service Standards).
• Must have basic computer knowledge (Excel, Microsoft Word, etc.).
• Must understand oral and/or written instructions and speak and write English fluently.
• Must rotate workweek hours to cover all shifts.
• Must interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Must have good management communication and people skills.
• Must meet eligibility requirements for work on specified contract(s).
• Must pass state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
