Job summary

Job Juncture in Georgia seeks a Lead Structural Engineer for its Food & Beverage division to guide structural design from concept through construction and into facility operations.

This role leads project teams, coordinates with operations, preconstruction, architects, and other engineers to ensure practical, cost-efficient solutions aligned with schedules. Requires 5+ years of experience and GA licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant structural engineering design experience.
• Experience in design-build and progressive design-build is desirable.
• Strong BIM and CSI specifications knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engineer of Record for in-house structural design services.
• Provide structural designs for repair and remediation of emergency conditions.
• Produce construction documents (drawings and specs) and marketing materials.
• Deliver required documents for construction milestones.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to design standard improvements.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and process disciplines on integrated solutions.
• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration.
