Job summary

CPG Talent Management seeks a Lead Structural Engineer for its food and beverage manufacturing division in the Greater Atlanta area. The role focuses on leading structural design for complex facilities from concept through construction and operation.

The ideal candidate has 5–15 years of structural design experience within FDA-regulated environments such as Food & Beverage, pharma, nutraceutical or biotech.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of structural engineering design experience.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing facilities.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments (Food & Beverage/pharma/biotech) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design and coordination for complex facilities.
• Serve as Engineer of Record for in-house structural design services.
• Develop construction drawings, specs, and deliverables.
• Provide evaluations and solutions for repairs and modifications.
• Coordinate with architectural, MEP and refrigeration teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to design standards.
