Job summary
Henpen Corporation is seeking a seasoned Lead Structural Engineer for its Food & Beverage division in Gainesville, GA. You will lead structural engineering from concept through construction, coordinating with operations, preconstruction, architectural and other disciplines to ensure cost-effective, timely designs.

Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant structural design experience.
- Experience in food and beverage, freezer/cooler, or industrial manufacturing projects desirable.
- Experience with Design-Build/Progressive Design-Build is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Engineer of Record for in-house structural design.
- Produce construction documents (drawings and specs) and marketing materials.
- Lead coordination with architecture, MEP, refrigeration, and process engineering teams.
- Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and support construction administration.
- Mentor junior engineers and develop design standards and workflows.
- Support preconstruction with scope development and client presentations.
