YETI is seeking a Site Merchandising Specialist to join the eCommerce team and shape on-site experiences for Food & Beverage categories on YETI.com. You will collaborate with Merchandising, Finance, and IT to drive high-converting customer journeys.

The role requires 2+ years in ecommerce merchandising, experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and strong analytical skills with Excel. Join a fast-growing brand that values accuracy and initiative.

Formación

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience; Business concentrations preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience with technical site merchandising in eCommerce.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its Business Manager functions preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on Retail math and working knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools preferred.
• Curiosity to learn, laser focus on details, and resourcefulness.

Responsabilidades

• Execute category merchandising strategy on site including promotions, launches, and campaigns.
• Manage SKU and content setup within SFCC.
• Brief PDP assets to creative teams to educate customers and drive conversion.
• Adjust product positioning on site and lead campaign SKU curation.
• Align strategies with category P&L and growth targets with finance for forecasting.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning to ensure inventory availability.
• Submit reporting requests with analytics teams to become a product/category expert.
• Monitor SKU-level site and sales metrics and derive insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Digital leadership and IT to improve ecommerce functionality and PDP experience.
