YETI is seeking a Manager, FP&A - Sales & Ecommerce to provide strategic financial leadership across Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. You will lead forecasting, budgeting, performance analysis, and reporting to help leadership understand the financial impact of key commercial trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of finance experience, preferably FP&A, Sales Finance, Ecommerce Finance, Retail Finance.
• Experience supporting ecommerce, retail, consumer products, or fast-growing consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce performance drivers: traffic, conversion, promotions, and marketing efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Finance to support budgeting and forecasting for the ecommerce channel.
• Analyze monthly financial and operational results, linking traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability.
• Support month-end close through ecommerce P&L variance analysis and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain ecommerce revenue forecasts using historical trends, assumptions, and marketing plans.
• Model promotional scenarios to assess incremental revenue, margin impact, and inventory implications.
• Conduct analyses on ecommerce performance, demand trends, and profitability drivers.
• Establish and report KPIs with leadership, including traffic, conversion, revenue, and marketing efficiency.
• Plan and analyze ecommerce operating expenses and investments (digital marketing, platform costs).
• Prepare Monthly Business Reviews and executive presentations with actionable insights.
• Lead projects to improve forecasting, reporting, and dashboarding for ecommerce.
