Job summary

YETI is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Digital Product Manager to scale our eCommerce digital product roadmap. You will partner with UX/UI and Engineering teams, analyze data, and prioritize work to maximize value for customers and the business.

This hybrid role is based in Austin, TX, with in-office Tue/Wed/Thu, and reports to the Senior Digital Product Manager. You will own the roadmap, collaborate across functions, and help deliver innovative digital experiences for YETI.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in direct-to-consumer product management.
• Experience optimizing conversions and average order value.
• Proven ability to collaborate with UX and Engineering teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable with data and analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute transformational initiatives from plan to measurement.
• Lead roadmap to deliver priorities for senior leadership.
• Own and align product roadmap with customer and business needs.
• Define specifications and tickets with cross-functional teams.
• Improve product features via A/B testing.
• Work with analytics to build dashboards tracking performance.
