Job summary

Chukchansi Gold seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to manage Restaurant and Beverage operations on assigned shifts. You will lead Service Team Members, enforce standards, and ensure compliance with health, safety and gaming regulations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant or bar staff on shift.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of beverage operations and ABC regulations and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Restaurant and Beverage service on assigned shift and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer service levels and staff performance; provide coaching and feedback.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing levels to meet guest demand.
• Maintain inventory control and security for alcohol and beverages; ensure accurate cash handling.
