Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily F&B/culinary operations within budget.
• Oversee shift operations; ensure guest satisfaction and safety standards.
• Manage staffing levels to meet service and financial goals.
• Maintain brand service standards and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate ordering of F&B supplies and uniforms; report issues promptly.
• Model professional behavior and foster teamwork among staff.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback; drive service recovery as needed.
