Qualifications

• Education: Required- High School Diploma
• Experience: Preferred- 2 years of Supervisor experience in related field
• Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Supervisors with time management, communication and training skills; multi-task in a busy resort; energetic, dependable, guest oriented and creative team player; knowledge of hotel operations and guest relations; ability to think creatively to meet resort needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, opening/closing, daily reports, training new staff, motivate staff.
• Maintain restaurant inventory, cleanliness, food rotation, and menu consistency.
• Ensure proper maintenance, cleaning and operation of restaurant and service equipment; perform other duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with management to implement training methods and procedures.
• Make timely decisions; investigate and solve problems; safeguard confidential information.
• Identify strengths and development areas and take action to improve operations.
• Aim for highest guest satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly, and quality service with strong knowledge of operations.
