Hyatt Vacation Club (HVC) in Breckenridge, CO, is seeking a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor to help deliver memorable experiences for Owners and guests. You will supervise storage, inventory, dining room operations and cross-department collaboration to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspects storage areas for organization and FIFO compliance.
• Completes inventories of supplies, food, and liquor; requisitions items as needed.
• Monitors dining room operations for seating, service, safety and guest wellbeing.
• Assists other departments to ensure optimum guest service.
• Ensures associates are trained in company values and job responsibilities.
• Collaborates with management to recognize hourly team contributions.
• Assists in hourly duties to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.
• Greets guests and addresses their needs; interacts professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Contributes to team goals and always follows safety procedures.

As a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor, a typical day will include:

• Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.

• Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks the stock, and requisitions necessary supplies.

• Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

• Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.

• Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.

• Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

To Become a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor at HVC:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
