Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch is seeking a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor to help deliver memorable guest experiences and events for Owners/guests. You will supervise service, assist in inventory, and ensure safety and service standards across dining areas.

A typical day includes inspecting storages for FIFO, completing inventories, monitoring dining room flow, and coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires flexibility for various shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising food & beverage operations.
• Ability to lead a team and uphold service standards.
• Experience with inventory control and FIFO practices.

Responsibilities

• Inspects storage areas for organization, FIFO and cleanliness.
• Completes inventories of supplies, food and liquor; checks stock and requisitions supplies.
• Monitors dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well‑being.
• Assists other departments to ensure optimum guest service.
• Trains associates in values, roles and service standards.
• Collaborates with management to recognize hourly associates' performance.
• Assists in hourly duties to ensure coverage and guest satisfaction.
• Welcomes and addresses guest needs; maintains professional interactions.

As a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor, a typical day will include:

• Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectify any deficiencies.

• Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks the stock, and requisitions necessary supplies.

• Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.

• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.

• Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.

• Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions.

• Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.

To Become a Food & Beverage Ops Supervisor at HVC:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
