Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Food & Beverage Accounting Manager to oversee accurate management and reporting of the location’s finances—working with the location leadership team to develop action plans that improve financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and dynamic Finance/Accounting professional.

The role emphasizes understanding financial concepts in relation to operational procedures, with CPA preferred and hospitality experience valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Finance/Accounting role.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Operational experience in food and beverage preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
• Assist location operations management with financial data insights.
• Manage administration and reporting of financial information at the location.
• Collaborate with partner finance teams where applicable.
• Support monthly close of the general ledger.
• Assist with accounts receivable management per contractual terms.
• Prepare the Monthly Sales Report (MSR) daily and ensure balanced month-end MSR.
• Monitor and manage credit card settlements.
• Process wire transfers and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure timely month-end close processes.
• Support budgeting with AP accruals and transfers.
• Oversee timely accounts receivable collections.
• Maintain documentation retention and accountability.
