Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a corporate dining account. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure high-quality food offerings to customers and employees.

You will monitor budget adherence, maintain strong internal and client communications, and collaborate with other departments to deliver value. This role emphasizes dining excellence and consistent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred.
• Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required.
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings.
• Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the corporate cafeteria in accordance with the approved budget while providing the Client with the maximum value for the dollars spent
• Ensure that the food offered to the client, customers, and employees of the operation is of superior quality
• Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests and Client as well as other departments within the operation
