Job summary

Levy is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead and motivate hourly team members, delivering warm hospitality and delicious food at events. The ideal candidate is an operations leader focused on people and quality standards.

You will oversee stations, recruit and train staff, supervise events, manage inventory, ensure risk and compliance, and collaborate with culinary and purchasing teams to optimize margins.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a food and beverage operations role.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate hourly team members to provide warm hospitality and quality food.
• Recruit and train staff to Levy standards and procedures.
• Supervise events and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Manage loss prevention processes and cash handling.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth requisition and production processes.
• Schedule, payroll validation, and end-of-month inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Alcohol Service guidelines.
