Levy Restaurants is seeking a Food Service Manager to oversee daily operations of a corporate cafeteria. You will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the food offered is of superior quality to customers and employees.

Responsibilities include adhering to budget, maintaining relationships with staff and client, and coordinating with other departments to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience is required.
• Comprehensive food and wine knowledge; great food and wine pairings.
• Operations management experience with purchasing knowledge.
• Excellent communication and computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a corporate cafeteria within the approved budget.
• Lead and develop a team of associates.
