Qualifications

• 3-5 years Food & Beverage operation experience required.
• 1-2 years management experience required.
• Culinary, sales and service background preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize the F&B outlets and supervise the F&B staff.
• Develop budgets, marketing plans and objectives for the department.
• Ensure quality, service, cleanliness, merchandising and guest satisfaction.
• Manage payroll and time & attendance for the F&B staff.
• Collaborate with culinary, sales and other departments to optimize operations.
