Job summary

Azul Hospitality in Moab, Utah is seeking a seasonal restaurant associate for September through November at Red Cliffs Lodge Moab. This on-site position offers hourly pay of $7.50.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years food service experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcohol; Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• Greet guests, take orders, describe menu items and suggest products.
• Strong communication, teamwork and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a welcoming manner.
• Take guest food and beverage orders.
• Describe menu items, ingredients, and methods of preparation; suggest menu items.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables as needed.
• Verify age for alcoholic beverages.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and side work.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area and take part in deep cleaning.
• Operate a POS and process payments accurately.
