Responsibilities

• Sets up bar in banquet rooms prior to each event.
• Prepares drinks for guests and servers.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness of the bar area and service corridor.
• Handles bar equipment, linens, and inventory of spirits.
• Supports servers and other bartenders as needed.
• Reads banquet menus and checks item clarity, if needed.
