Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Houston seeks an experienced F&B Supervisor to oversee all a la carte restaurant, room service and lounge operations, greet guests, escort to tables, and supervise staff to deliver quality product and service.

You will work with Restaurant Manager to interview, train, schedule and control costs while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with liquor regulations. The role requires strong leadership and excellent communication across shifts.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of Food outlet operations.
• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card and TABC license or be in the process of certification.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• English language proficiency for inquiries and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Manager in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising staff.
• Maintain outlet scheduling and payroll.
• Lead pre-shift and departmental meetings with staff.
• Greet guests, escort to tables, present menus and manage reservations.
• Coordinate with other departments and participate in marketing efforts.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction, ensuring standards.
• Control payroll and equipment costs; manage inventory and supplies.
• Support broader F&B operations and special projects.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and adherence to safety procedures.
• Maintain neat appearance and comply with policies.
