Wawa, Inc is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all food and beverage operations at our Florida location. You will collaborate with the General Manager to ensure fresh food programs, efficient service, and a consistently excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities include leading training for associates, supporting hiring and scheduling, and maintaining a clean safe food service area. The role emphasizes driving sales, brand excellence, and team development in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership experience in food service or retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, make decisions, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in problem solving to drive results and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of food and beverage programs—fresh food, grab-and-go meals, beverages, catering, and more.
• Drive food service sales and hit performance goals with focus on quality and consistency.
• Monitor trends and create action plans to optimize results.
• Become the in-store expert on food programs, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Own and deliver training for Customer Service Associates to build proficiency.
