MHG Hotels LLC in Speedway, Indiana, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining room, bar, and banquet operations, ensuring top guest service and profitability.

You will partner with the Senior F&B Manager, supervise a team, manage costs, oversee kitchen coverage as needed, and maintain health and safety standards while delivering a warm, welcoming experience for guests.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience overseeing banquets, restaurant kitchen and bar.
• Must have culinary experience.
• Ability to drive results and achieve performance outcomes.
• Professional demeanor with a warm, welcoming personality.
• Able to engage with diverse teams and guests.
• Available days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage all food & beverage and banquet operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Achieve profitability through managing labor and food costs.
• Maintain excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
• Oversee banquet execution from setup through breakdown; support bar/restaurant operations.
• Assist with inventory and ordering (food, beverages, supplies).
• Lead and train F&B team; step into kitchen to cook as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
• Monitor and report sales and guest satisfaction results.
• Develop goals, schedules, and enforce policies and procedures.
