Qualifications

• Minimum college-level or higher training in food and beverage management.
• 2 years of related supervisory experience in a unionized environment or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activity in food and beverage outlets and ensure proper staffing.
• Develop and coach teams; set performance and development goals.
• Train staff to meet standards and compliance.
• Manage budgets with a focus on food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Identify opportunities to drive revenue and promotions in dining experiences.
• Oversee safety, inventory, and stock levels to minimize waste.
