Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for the American Airlines Admirals Club (PHX). The F&B Manager will oversee the lounge operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage offerings daily. The role requires flexibility to work both front-of-house and back-of-house, including weekends and evenings.

The F&B Manager ensures all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, adhering to established standards. They foster a positive team culture focused on guest service and memorable lounge experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure guest satisfaction through effective service, team leadership, and maintaining a clean environment.
2. Maintain accurate reporting on daily operations, inventory, and scheduling.
3. Train, develop, and mentor team members committed to quality.
4. Create crew schedules aligned with labor models and guest volume patterns.
5. Assist with ordering, inventory management, and supply control.
6. Act promptly on safety, sanitation, and security violations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage management (hotel, restaurant, multi-unit).
• Knowledge of food costing and inventory management.
• Experience overseeing labor costs and scheduling.
• Self-motivated with a passion for guest service.
• Experience in multicultural environments.
• Minimum 2 years of high-volume F&B experience.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate a guest-centric team.
