Job Description

Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel to deliver prompt, courteous service in accordance with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies. Salary: $68,000+ based on experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift, assisting in overall management.
  2. Complete environmental checklist for dining room; supervise related associate assignments.
  3. Remain on the floor during peak hours to supervise associates’ performance.
  4. Monitor guest experience and satisfaction.
  5. Examine food and beverage preparation, providing corrective training as needed.
  6. Supervise bar controls, including shot glass use, red lining, bottles, and liquor inventory.
  7. Manage cost control efforts to ensure financial success.
  8. Participate in scheduling within budget guidelines.
  9. Forecast weekly and monthly needs.
  10. Complete weekly payroll and conduct associated audits.
  11. Monitor labor and payroll costs.
  12. Oversee daily supply orders.
  13. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the dining area.
  14. Prepare maintenance requests and follow up.
  15. Hold pre-meal meetings with staff.
  16. Supervise performance, provide re-training, and follow training protocols.
  17. Participate in interviewing and hiring new staff.
  18. Adhere to all liquor liability laws.
  19. Know emergency procedures, including CPR, and work to prevent accidents.
  20. Handle guest comments and complaints appropriately.
  21. Report product/service defects and measure process attributes as applicable.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage/Restaurant experience.
  2. Previous hospitality or hotel experience preferred.
  3. Strong knowledge of bar operations required.
  4. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  5. Team player with a positive attitude and excellent guest service skills.
  6. Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
