Position Overview

As a Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for leading F&B and service operations in Terras restaurant, including opening, operating, and closing duties. You will oversee staff hiring, training, coaching, and discipline procedures, and create unique guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate staffing schedules in line with forecasts; control labor costs and overtime.
2. Prepare daily and weekly payroll sheets and handle daily accounting procedures.
3. Review financial transactions and expenses to optimize efficiency and establish effective cost controls.
4. Estimate food service costs, purchase supplies, and ensure stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ experience as Food & Beverage Manager or in a leadership role.
• Previous hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Willingness to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required.
• Ability to work standing and outdoors for extended periods.
• Knowledge and passion for health & wellness.
