PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION: To coordinate the activities of the Food & Beverage Outlets to deliver quality products and services, achieving high guest satisfaction while maintaining standards as per Langham Hospitality Group and Forbes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist leadership in supervising food servers, server assistants, and staff regarding schedules, service standards, training, motivation, and safety.
  • Ensure restaurant compliance with sanitation and safety standards; inspect equipment and facilities, follow up on repairs.
  • Monitor product quality and guest satisfaction; ensure food is consistent, appealing, and meets guest specifications; interact with guests for feedback.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure the restaurant is stocked appropriately.
  • Participate in marketing efforts, create menu ideas, survey competition, and report food trends; interact with customers to resolve issues.
  • Perform line duties during high volume or emergencies.
  • Report as scheduled and uphold Langham standards of guest service, including Forbes standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Standing, reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and repetitive motions.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, guest interaction, and service techniques.
  • Strong math skills, ability to communicate effectively in English, and handle stressful situations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School diploma required; Hotel & Restaurant Management degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage management experience.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES: Ability to obtain required licenses; CPR and First Aid preferred.

SALARY RANGE: $65,520 - $81,900 annually
