Job Summary

NOW HIRING - FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER FOR AMERICAN AIRLINES, DEN AIRPORT

Must be able to work afternoon/evening shifts (1pm or 2pm start time).

Our F&B Manager will oversee the American Airlines Lounge operations at DEN Airport, ensuring exceptional guest service and high-quality food and beverage offerings. The role requires flexibility to work in both front-of-house and back-of-house duties, including weekends and evenings.

The manager is responsible for ensuring all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. They will foster a positive team environment focused on delivering memorable lounge experiences for American Airlines guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest satisfaction through effective service, team leadership, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Maintain accurate reporting on daily operations, inventory, and scheduling.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure focus on quality and service.
• Create staff schedules and manage labor according to traffic patterns.
• Assist with ordering, inventory control, and supply management.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and security policies proactively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing food & beverage operations (hotel, chain, multi-unit).
• Knowledge of food costing, inventory, and labor management.
• Self-motivated with a passion for guest service.
