Job Title: Food and Beverage Manager

Your professional leadership will develop our team to the next level in delivering exceptional experiences and maintaining the Pfister Hotel’s reputation for prestigious service, which keeps our guests returning. You will oversee our In-Room Dining Services and Club Lounge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure the highest quality of food, beverage, and service in operations.
2. Assist with interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, counseling, and disciplining staff for efficient outlet operations.
3. Interact positively with guests, promote hotel facilities and services, and resolve issues satisfactorily.
4. Maintain profitability of outlets to support hotel operations.
5. Utilize POS systems to accurately charge customers, track revenue, and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
6. Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and self-image for yourself and your team.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and preparation techniques.
2. Knowledge of beverage operations and wines.
3. Mathematical skills to manage inventory, controls, revenue, and financial statements.
4. Excellent customer service skills, with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
5. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Food & Beverage.
