Zilli Hospitality Group is looking for a dynamic Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our beverage operations. Reporting to the Director of Food, Beverage & Property, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Scheduling & Training: Collaborate with the Staffing Coordinator and company trainer to schedule and train bartenders.
• Inventory Management: Ensure bars are stocked, conduct inventory checks, and manage orders from various vendors.
• Beverage Menu Development: Create customized beverage menus tailored to each event and stay atop industry trends.
• Supplier Coordination: Maintain liquor inventory, handle deliveries, and ensure proper storage.
• Cost Control: Efficiently manage inventory, negotiate with vendors, and track expenses.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all beverage equipment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in beverage or hospitality management.
• Strong understanding of beverage hygiene, menu planning, and culinary trends.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and irregular hours.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Milwaukee and/or Waukesha Bartending License.
• Complete a recognized Responsible Beverage training course.
• Six months of bartending-related work preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to insured transportation.
