Job Summary

The Beverage Manager oversees operations alongside the Director of Restaurants and Cafes, ensuring high standards of guest experience, safety, and financial performance. The ideal candidate is an experienced food and beverage leader and a great coach, capable of driving operational performance and team development.

Responsibilities

1. Understand all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
2. Ensure proper displays and merchandise in concession areas.
3. Execute security, safety, and sanitation standards.
4. Plan operations to meet staffing and inventory needs.
5. Follow preventative maintenance schedules.
6. Maintain high show quality standards.
7. Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members.
8. Gather feedback to improve operations.
9. Handle guest service issues promptly.
10. Implement menus, promotions, and programs as directed.
11. Achieve sales and budget goals.
12. Enforce responsible alcohol service policies.
13. Verify inventories and complete daily reports.
14. Ensure team adherence to company policies.
15. Forecast staffing needs and schedule accordingly.
16. Manage cash handling procedures.
17. Ensure areas are stocked and ready for operation.
18. Train staff on POS systems and equipment.
19. Conduct regular team meetings.
20. Hire, train, and develop team members.
21. Perform other duties as needed.
