Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food Lead for a full-time, five-day schedule at our Newark, OH location. The role emphasizes safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience.

You will supervise foodservice operations, ensure correct dating and temperatures, manage orders to prevent stockouts, and train associates on programs and SOPs while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to UDF/state food safety regulations.
• Ability to lift at least 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.
• Ability to operate store equipment and the POS system.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure all products correctly dated and food safe.
• Prepares fresh condiments for use utilizing correct foodservice dating procedures.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
