Qualifications

• Requires strong food safety awareness and ability to train others on foodservice SOPs.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Experience handling foodservice equipment and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Turn on and manage Roller Grill, HTG Oven, and HTG Warmer; ensure correct dating and food safety per SOPs.
• Maintain temperature logs and stock levels for foodservice areas Monday–Friday, 5AM–12PM.
• Ensure proper ordering of foodservice supplies to prevent stockouts and shortages.
• Perform wash, rinse, and sanitizing of smallwares; maintain cleanliness of all foodservice areas.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and SOPs; support management during shifts.
• Follow Ovenside pull and slack procedures to grow sales and reduce waste.
• Follow all store policies and maintain safe, ethical operations.
