Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Newark, OH is seeking a Food Lead for a full-time, five-day schedule (Mon-Sat 4am-12pm). Pay ranges from $13.50 to $15.25 per hour. Responsibilities include overseeing safe, clean foodservice areas, implementing SOPs, and delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

The role requires knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment, and procedures, with emphasis on accuracy, sanitation, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Food safety certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to operate store equipment and POS system.
• Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced foodservice environment.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure products are dated and safe.
• Prepare condiments with proper dating procedures.
• Operate HTG Oven & Warmer, prepare sandwiches per SOPs and date controls.
• Maintain temperature logs for all foodservice areas.
• Ensure foodservice product availability Mon-Fri 5AM-12PM.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas.
• Assist management in training associates on foodservice programs.
• Contribute to Ovenside procedures to grow sales and reduce waste.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests as needed.
