Job summary

UDF is hiring a Food & Beverage Lead in Cincinnati to oversee safe, clean, and stocked foodservice areas. You will apply knowledge of foodservice programs, equipment, and SOPs while guiding teammates to grow foodservice sales and deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience.

The role requires compliance with state laws for alcohol/tobacco sales, and involves early morning shift work. This is a full-time position with five days a week, 4am–12pm, in-store responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Food Safety certification required subject to state regulations.
• Strong customer service orientation and hospitality mindset.
• Ability to follow SOPs and operate store equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Turn on Roller Grill, stock per Production Guide, ensure correct dating and food safety.
• Prepare fresh condiments and manage HTG Oven/Warmer with correct expiration times.
• Maintain temperature logs and product availability during shift hours.
• Ensure ordering of foodservice supplies to prevent stockouts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all foodservice areas.
