Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a Food & Beverage Lead for a full-time role with a five-day schedule, including Saturdays. The position pays $13.50 to $15.25 per hour and requires ensuring safe, clean, stocked foodservice areas and excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include operating foodservice equipment, maintaining records, stocking, and training staff to follow SOPs. The role emphasizes compliance with food safety, store policies, and high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English.
• Food Safety certification as required by state regulations.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Experience with stocking, inventory, and foodservice equipment housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise food lead tasks to ensure safe, clean, and stocked foodservice area.
• Provide Hi Five Guest Experience and assist guests with foodservice offerings.
• Maintain temperature logs, rotate stock, and prevent Out of Stocks for foodservice products.
• Train team members on foodservice programs and SOPs during shifts.
• Ensure compliant sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco where required.
